Hello! We are the Eeyores Team, we work with children that are 4 year olds and over that will be attending school this school year.

Our room is term-time only, meaning we are closed during half-term holidays, Christmas, Easter and Summer Holidays.

Our room is open from 9am until 3pm.

All about Eeyores Class

We are the Term-time Pre-School Room for 3 & 4 year olds, which is preparing for our children to go to school at the end of this year. This room is for children who attend nursery throughout the school year and NOT during holiday times – some of the children are funded, whilst others are not or use more than their funded hours.

To prepare children for school, staff help children understand their own feelings and behaviour, as well as consequences. Children also learn how to share their views and encourage children to vote on different actions in the room, such as choosing what their role play area is going to be, what activity they want to do, etc.

Staff encourage the children to be active, both in their learning and in their day-to-day life, such as going outside to explore and play, and offering the children various workshops to take part in such as the literacy corner, numeracy corner, and book corner.

We are open from 9am – 3pm, term-time only.

• 12pm – 3pm
• 9am – 3pm

(There will be a charge for hours outside of these sessions)

Lunch Options:

• Nursery hot meal (small fee payable)
• Nursery pack lunch (small fee payable)
• Home pack lunch
