The office area has been renovated and the SENDCo, Laura, now has her own office on the other side of the main office. This allows everyone to organise their spaces effectively and spread out.

With a separate SENDCo office Laura can now host meetings with parents without fellow colleagues having to leave the office to do so, and she can maintain confidentiality more effectively for online meetings and such.

The main office is also sectioned in half with staff documents now in easy reach of the Deputy Manager in a locked cabinet, allowing documents to be filed faster. This also allows more space in the kitchen storage cupboard as a result and makes storage more efficient.
